We cannot waive a deductible. If insurance proceeds are being used to pay for the roof, the deductible must be paid in full by the homeowner. In Arkansas, your insurance provider had you sign an agreement stating you will pay your deductible before you are compensated for roof repairs or replacements. It is illegal for the contractor or homeowner to accept a “waived” deductible.

We offer very fast repair and replacement services. The timing will depend on factors such as your insurance claim processing, product availability, and your schedule. We have installed roofs the same day in some cases, but the average time from your initial call to completion is around 2.5 weeks.

Most roofs take 1 day to replace once everything is approved and you are on the schedule. Some larger roofs or commercial roofs may take 1-3 days to complete. Our representative will be able to provide you specifics on your roof once they have inspected it.
